Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

Destin’s Original Sea Blaster is located at the Emerald Grande’s Harborwalk Village, next to East Pass Seafood & Oyster House in Destin, Florida, just east of the Destin Bridge on the South side of Highway 98.

Where should we park?

You can park on HarborWalk property for $20. You will pay as you exit.

You can also park across the street at the Destin Community Center. They use an app called PayToPark. Be sure to pay before you leave your vehicle.

Please allow plenty of time to find parking.

Does the Sea Blaster have bathrooms?

YES, we have separate men’s and women’s bathrooms, and keep them very CLEAN.

How early should we arrive for our cruise?
We suggest arriving at least an hour prior to your trip time for check in. From May – August, please be sure to give yourself PLENTY of time for traffic and parking. Be sure to leave some wiggle room in case of accidents or construction.
Is this a good family trip?

YES, our cruises are great family fun. Kids can captain the boat and lifeguards are on duty, it’s easy to get in and out of the boat, the sunsets are breathtaking, and our staff provides friendly service for all of our passengers.

Will we get wet while riding on the Sea Blaster?

You will get wet on the Snorkeling cruise if you are snorkeling.  During the afternoon cruises and during the dolphin cruise portion of the snorkeling trip, it is possible to catch some spray as we cruise down the beach in the Gulf. During the hot summer months, the deckhands also have water cannons that they shoot to cool you down during those hot mid-day trips but only during the summer.

However, on the sunset dolphin cruise they do try to keep you dry while still cruising fast in the Gulf.

Are beverages and food available?

We provide friendly service and complimentary water, sodas, beer and wine (for adults), but no food or snacks. You may bring your own food or beverages, but please NO GLASS CONTAINERS – no exceptions. NO COOLERS of any size are allowed.

Are there age limits to ride on the Sea Blaster?

We welcome anyone, regardless of age, babies to great-grandparents are all welcome. Sea Blaster cruises are perfect for families of any size and all ages.

What is provided on the snorkeling trip?

We provide easy access in and out of the boat (with STEPS, not a ladder), lifeguard on duty, snorkeling instructions and gear in adult and children’s sizes.

Can you accommodate large groups?

Yes! We regularly accommodate large groups, and you can pay separately when you check in.

The best way to make group reservations is to call 850-654-6888 and book all under one reservation. This assures that your entire group will be all on the same Sea Blaster boat (we have 2 boats) If you do not book all under one reservation, you risk being on different boats!

How many people can ride on the Sea Blaster?

We can carry up to 119 passengers on one boat, and up to 132 on the other.

Can we pay with a credit card?

YES! We accept all forms of credit card, including *Apply Pay and *Samsung Pay
*at main ticket booth ONLY

What can we bring?
Bags are welcome on the Sea Blaster. We suggest bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, towels (for wet cruises), and cash to tip. *We do not allow glass or coolers on the boat. No exceptions!*
Are pets allowed on the boat?
We welcome service animals who are trained to perform a specific task.
Is there a cover on the boat?
Neither boat has a cover on it. We highly suggest bringing/wearing sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. Due to the extreme temperatures in the summer, please be sure you and your family stay hydrated. This goes for your entire trip, not just for our cruise. 🙂
